Jack has over 13 years experience in coaching people to achieve their health and fitness goals. He has had a passion for fitness and sport from an early age. From team sport, to bodybuilding, to powerlifting and strength sports; Jack has put his own body through it to push himself to limits whilst learning how to benefit his clients.
Jess has a passion for helping people achieve their goals, whatever they may be. With over 6 years in the PT industry, Jess specialises in strength training, long term weight-loss solutions and general health and well-being. Having competed in a variety of sports, Jess encourages great work ethic while also empowering those with the knowledge to gain confidence in the gym.
