We offer face to face Personal Training - individualised for your results. No matter your goals, we can chat about a plan to achieve them.
*We offer 1 on 1 training but if you have a friend or family member with similar goals and fitness we may also be able to provide 2 on 1 options where possible*
This hybrid method of training gives the opportunity to train fortnightly in person while completing an individually tailored program each week.
Based on your goals, the hybrid method allows clients to train at their prefered gym. It includes weekly video feedback as well as fortnightly face to face PT sessions to focus on any problem areas that need resolving.
This hybrid method is perfect for those who are looking to train independently (with guidance), have a desire to improve their confidence in the gym and most importantly to give certainty that their exercises are being done correctly.

We created our small group sessions as a fun, cost-effective experience that allow us to train multiple people without a loss in workout quality. These groups are capped numbers and much smaller than a gym class - this allows us to focus on participants to maximise technique, safety and results.
Participants come to our small groups as a great way to join in fully supervised workouts, OR people who already train with us who want another session to add on top of their Personal Training.

Tuesday 9.15am TRX @ the park
Friday 9.15am Outdoor Bootcamp @ the park
Jess's Sessions:
Tuesday 6.30pm Cardio Circuit in the gym
Saturday 8.15am woof woof session @ the dog park! (dogs are welcome)
Saturday 10am Boxing and Circuit
